In this ever-changing and transforming information-based environment of healthcare, pharmaceutical research and technology, we at this institute are train and educate our students with the new and most up-to-date knowledge in the different fields of pharmacy.

A well vibrant training & placement cell keeps paying special attention on the personality development & job opportunities for the students in pharmaceutical and biotechnological arenas both in private and public sectors.
The BIT, School of Pharmacy is approved by PCI, AICTE & Affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam University, Lucknow. BIT is one of the best Pharmacy institute in AKTU, Lucknow and NCR region.
BIT started its journey with Bachelar in Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) course in the year 2005. Master in Pharmacy (M.Pharm.) course stated in two specializations i.e. Pharmaceutics & Pharmacology in 2010-11 and Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm.) in 2018. Research facilities for Ph.D. and R & D are also available for faculty members and students. Presently 08 members are doing Ph.D. from various prestigious universities.
Dr. Sachin Tyagi is working as Professor and Director since January, 2020. With an overall teaching and research experience of 18 years, he proudly owns the publishing of more than 50 research papers in various journals of National and International repute. He has many years of exposure in research and development. Dr. Sachin has guided more than 50 projects for B. Pharm, M. Pharm. and Ph.D.
He believes in the dictum – “together we learn & together we grow”. He gives an enormous weightage to both theoretical & practical aspect of teaching various courses as stipulated in the curriculum of D.Pharm, B.Pharm and M.Pharm, AICTE programme of Dr.APJ.AKTU, Lucknow.
His research areas of concern are to gain a better understanding of diseases, develop new drugs to treat them and promote the safe use of existing drugs. As a highly-skilled and sort-after expert in his field, Dr. Sachin holds life membership in various professional bodies like APTI and member of Editorial Board of Reputed Journals, reviewer of many National and International Journals.
