1. 2-Year Diploma programme: The School of Pharmacy offers 2-year D.Pharma. Programme in Pharmacy from 2018 and onward. 
2. 4-Year B.Pharm. Programmme: The School of Pharmacy offers 4-year B.Pharma. Programme in Pharmacy from 2005 and onward. The 4-year curriculum is designed to offer a layered learning experience to the students. In the first semester, the student would study the basic science and engineering courses along with preliminary foundation courses of pharmacy core and carry out an exciting exploratory project during seventh semester. In the later semesters, the students would be exposed to the advanced pharmacy core and stream courses. 
3. M.Pharm. programme- School of Pharmacy offers 2-year M Pharm programme in two specialization areas namely Pharmaceutics, and Pharmacology. 

PhD Programmme- Ph.D. programme is offered in four research specializations viz., Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology and Pharmacognosy.
