CADC Team acts as an interface between the corporate world and the institute. It maintains the industry –academia relationship by Facilitating Final and Summer Placements, interaction with the corporate community by inviting eminent personalities for guest lectures, seminars, corporate events etc, from the corporate sphere as well as from the academia and arranging for industrial visits and by encouraging Job Trainings.


Ms.Manisha Sharma (Head CADC)
Ms. Manisha Sharma is currently employed as a Manager at CADC, where her role encompasses overseeing Corporate Placements and cultivating strong relationships with reputed organizations. Before joining BIT College, she gained extensive experience in Human Resource development and Marketing at esteemed establishments such as HDFC Bank Ltd., The Millennium Schools (Group), MPS – Group, and Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals. With a decade of proficiency in HR and Marketing, Manisha Sharma is recognized as a results-driven leader, adept at implementing solutions for talent acquisition, retention, and motivation. She focuses on helping companies optimize their most valuable asset, their workforce. In her role, she ensures the fulfillment of all placement requirements and facilitates communication among various organizations, fostering potential opportunities and take it forward among students for further execution and give them a life time career through first campus selection.Ms.Anu Sharma
