The Master of Business Administration is a two-year degree program associated with the Dr. A.P.J. With Abdul Kalam University of Technology, Lucknow (Formerly UPTU) College Code:- 128. We focus on holistic development of students which makes them not only career oriented but also employable and prepared for different roles and responsibilities for companies. This program empowers students with strong conceptual skills to manage businesses in an integrated manner. Achieving academic excellence along with skill enhancement is the essence of the institute. Innovative pedagogy, value-based research orientation and our academic excellence are our cornerstones, which ensure that the pedagogical methodologies of both the course curricula are revised as needed.

Specialization Group

MBA program offers the following specializations where each student is required to undergo Dual specialization out of offered streams

HUMAN RESOURCE (HR)

An MBA in HRM exposes students to advanced coursework in areas including change management, OD, and HR metrics and analytics. Strong communication and interviewing skills are developed in the students with this program.

MARKETING (MK)

Teaching students difficult marketing concepts including advertising, consumer behavior, service marketing, sales and distribution management, customer relationship management, and digital marketing is the main goal of an MBA in marketing management.

FINANCE (FM)

As you progress in finance management, you’ll strengthen your financial and critical thinking abilities and become a well-rounded professional with the ability to strategically deliver at the highest levels of the global banking and financial sector. You will get knowledge about portfolio management, financial institutions, and banking procedures as a student.

INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS (IB)

The program’s primary goal is to prepare students for entry-level managerial roles in the field of international business management. The course has been structured to give students a thorough understanding and analytical abilities that will allow them to manage an organization’s worldwide business operations and marketing initiatives in the rapidly globalizing business world.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT)

With courses focused on information security, telecommunications, and IT project management, among other topics, an MBA in IT will equip you with the abilities required to oversee both personnel and IT systems.

OPERATION MANAGEMENT (OM)

An MBA in Operations Management provides students with a comprehensive understanding of project management, supply chains, business forecasting, data analysis, quality control and production planning.
