Department offers four years degree Programme of B. Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Its Syllabus and evaluation process is governed by Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow.

The major subjects taught in this course are Electronic Devices, Digital Electronics, Digital Communication, Data Communication Networks, Microwave Engineering, Control Systems, Signal Systems, Microprocessor, Cyber Security, Energy Conservation, Renewable Energy Resources etc.    

 Department offers two-year full-time Masters in Technology. (M. Tech Program) with specialization in Electronics and Communication Engineering. This Program is affiliated from AKTU with an aim to prepare the aspirants for leading roles in Research & Development or Design functions of Electronics Engineering Industries. During the duration of two years, students are given vast knowledge on various technologies which enhances the skills of a candidate and makes them specialist in a particular area like wireless communication, optical communication, microwave engineering, VLSI design, Automation And Wireless Sensor Network to opt for his dissertation.
