Faculty Achievements
Dr. Rajni Jain joined the institute in August 2008. She earned her Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Delhi. Prior to that, she worked as a CSIR Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Senior Research Fellow (SRF). She also served as a UGC Research Associate and later as a Research Scientist in a DANIDA (Indo-Denmark) Research Project until 2004. With extensive research experience in the field of natural and synthetic chemistry, she has published more than 30 research papers in reputed international journals and has presented her work at various national and international conferences. She has been enlightening students with her valuable teaching for the past 25 years.
Dr. Sarish Yadav has joined the institute in Oct, 2014. He completed his Ph.D, in the field of Solid State Physics from Harcourt Butler Technological Institute, Kanpur, in 2013. Prior to joining this institute, he worked as research associate, and Project Scientist at I.I.T., Kanpur under the supervision of Professor S.C. Agarwal and Professor Rajeev Gupta in amorphous semiconductor laboratory. He has published over 20 research papers in the international journals of repute and attended several conferences and seminars.
Dr. Sumit Kumar Ruhela joined the institute in January, 2018. He has more than 20 years of teaching experience in various reputed colleges affiliated with AKTU, Lucknow. He obtained his doctoral degree from S.J.J.T. University, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, in 2014 under the supervision of Professor S.K. Srivastava. He has published and presented several research papers in international and national seminars, conferences, and reputed peer-reviewed journals. He has also actively participated in a variety of academic activities at the institute.
Mr. Ajay Kumar has joined the institute in Sept, 2015. He has completed his M.Sc. in Mathematics and B.Ed from C.C.S. University and has over 14 years of hands-on experience. He has diploma in Vedic Mathematics and published 2 international research papers in Maths and Vedic Maths. He represented C.C.S. University as the captain of the basketball team in the North Zone Inter-University tournaments held at Punjab University, Chandigarh, and VIT University, Jalandhar, in 2010 and 2011.
Miss Neha Upadhyay has joined in August 2023. She has completed her Master of Arts in English from Lucknow University and has ten years of teaching experience. She is passionate about her subject and believes in creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
Ms. Dimpal joined the institute in April, 2025. She has completed her M.Sc in Mathematics and B.Ed from CCS University. She has qualified CTET and CSIR-NET and has 2 years of teaching experience. She is passionate for helping students to reach their full potential.
Ms. Shalu joined the institute in April, 2025. She holds B.Sc (Hons.) and M.Sc in Mathematics from University of Delhi and B.Ed from CCS University. Having cleared IIT-JAM, CSIR-NET, CUET & CTET, she brings 3 years of experience in academic field. She is a dedicated mathematics educator with a strong academic foundation.
Dr. Roohina Anees joined the institute in September 2024. She holds an M.A. in English, B.Ed.and Ph.D. which she completed under the supervision of Dr. Rita Garg at C.C.S. University. She has 15 years of teaching experience and has participated in numerous national and international seminars. Her research papers have been published in reputed peer-reviewed journals. She has also received the best teaching award from the MHRD.She teaches with dedication and skill, consistently striving to help her students reach their full potential.
Dr. Vineeta Parihar became a part of the institute in August 2025. She holds a Ph.D. from Dr. Hari Singh Gour University, Sagar. Her prior professional experience includes academic roles at: MIET, Meerut MITRC, Alwar LNCT Group, Indore In addition, she served as an Executive in Regulatory Affairs at Alpa Laboratories, Indore. Dr. Parihar has authored over 12 research papers published in esteemed national and international journals. She brings with her 8 years of teaching experience, along with 1.5 years of industry experience in the field of pharmacy.
