The Department of Computer Science & Engineering was established in 2001 to provide the high-quality education to the students in the field of technical and research. The NBA (National Board of Accreditation) has granted the Department of Computer Science & Engineering accreditation. The department is currently having five Computer Laboratories. All laboratories are well equipped with highly configured computers along with required software. Besides this the department is equipped with high end servers and related networking equipment to provide the internet connectivity in the whole campus. The department also provides the services of wired and wireless connectivity in the Institute premises as well as residential campus. Various software related to Oracle 10g Edition, JAVA SE Development Kit 7, Turbo C++ 3.2, Cloud Computing, Databases and other Application software are available in the laboratories of the department.

Department is actively involved in providing training programs to the students in the upcoming areas such as Big Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Python Programming, Cyber Security and many more.
