The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering offers 4-year B.Tech program, in Electronics and Communication Engineering. It also offers M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering. At the undergraduate level, the Department lays emphasis on Circuit Simulation, Analysis and Designing, Micro-Controllers and Microprocessors, Digital Signal Processing, Antenna Design, and VLSI. The Department has well-equipped labs with the necessary hardware and software to meet the curriculum and industry requirements and to harness the creative and innovative aspiring minds to put their imagination into reality. The department provides exposure to emerging technologies as well as futuristic technologies like Embedded System and Robotics. The research area of the department is in the field of Communication Systems, Microelectronics & VLSI, RF & Microwave Engineering and Embedded Systems & Robotics. The Focus of the department is on state of the art projects to be done by our B. Tech and M. Tech students, excellent teaching learning process, better alumni relations, good Industry attachment program through projects and outcome based education.
