Head – Placement Corporate Affairs Development Center Dr. Vinay Pratap Singh is a key member of CADC, he is having More than 15 years of rich experience in Training & Placement, counselling, Corporate Relation and Academics. With a vision to take the training and placement of an Institute to the heights which could make it distinguished in the academic arena and to assist in building ethical and professional young minds to lead the future of the industry and the country , he is a multi dimensional professional. He has very good corporate relations which makes him an asset for any organization who wants to build a strong corporate networking and to get ample opportunities for the students to get placed in best of the companies. He is credited to arranged a number of Seminars, Guest lectures, industry visits with best of the companies which opens new paradigm of learning and exposure for the students. Academically he is having Doctorate degree in Management and He has also specialized in conducting  various Psychometric  analysis for the students which is extremely helpful for the students to explore their true interest and to work accordingly to lead a successful and satisfying life. His performance statistics  with various organizations speaks volume about his dedication towards work and performance orientation. Mrs. Khushboo Gupta

An eminent professional in Corporate Affairs Development Centre having an affluent experience of 12+ years in Placement Industry. Her contribution in the Department is remarkable, as she has managed in the tie-ups with the leading organizations. In this competitive global environment & scenario, a suitable job is of utmost importance for the students. Following the same, she manages to connect with most of the students in order for the best fitment in the Industry. Her understandings of the Placement Activities are augmented by a plethora of Campus Engagement Initiatives, including guest lectures and pre-placement talks, which give students an insight into the corporate world. Mrs. Gupta firmly believes on the three pillars of Integrity, Accountability and Discipline. Ms. Kavita Anand

  Sr. Manager- CADC She has around 16 years of experience in industry & academia. She is working in the capacity of Sr. Manager- CADC and associated with BIT Group of Institutions since January, 2014. Prior to joining BIT Group of Institutions, she was working as an Asst. Manager- HR in a leading Power & Distribution Transformer Manufacturing organization named Kanohar Electricals Limited for more than 6 years. She has also worked as Jr. Sales Manager in Bajaj Allianz P. Ltd. and as Personnel Assistant in Saru Concast Alloys P. Ltd. for around 2 years. She is an MBA from ITS Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad and has bagged First position. Her areas of specialization are Human Resources & Marketing. She is also Post Graduate in Commerce (M.Com.) with First division from C.C.S. University, Meerut. She is Pexiscore Assessment Certified Practitioner (Both Level 1 & 2) for Psychometric Assessment, hiring & competency framework. She is also certified for Internal Auditor- ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 from Quality Growth Services, New Delhi. Apart from this, she is having 2 years Diploma in Advanced Software Technology (eD.A.S.T.) from CMC Limited. Since January 2014, she is imparting training on Soft Skills to B.Tech, MBA, MCA, B.Pharm, BBA & BCA students. She has conducted various Personality Enhancement Workshops & Capsule Trainings as per Industry’s requirements to groom and boost the morale & confidence of the students which helped them to become corporate ready and employable. Besides this, she is involved in conducting Career Counseling, Learning with fun sessions and assisting during placement drives to ensure smooth functioning. Meghna Mishra

MBA Human Resource Management Manager CADC Corporate Affairs Development Centre Ms. Meghna has a distinctive and prominent role in the Department of Corporate Affairs and Development Centre. She has around 5 years of Corporate Experience, where she has worked at different levels of Management in Human Resource Department. In BIT she is primarily taking care of entire placements activities and capsule training programme for last minute preparation of students and assistance in Internships by maintaining tie ups with different organisations, she also plays vital role in career counselling. She is solicitous to learn new things and adapt in a highly process driven environment and her competency in handling tasks both individually as well as within a team are some of her key skills. She also posses excellent public speaking and presentation skills.

Ms Jyoti Vashishtha

MBA Human Resource Management, M.A (English Literature), B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) Manager CADC Corporate Affairs Development Centre Ms. Jyoti Vasista is having a great significance in the Corporate Affairs Development Centre. She has more than 7 years of experience in Training and Development domain of Human Resource Management. Her work profile in BIT is of Soft Skills Trainer and she contributes to her role by understanding the need of the students and accordingly designing personalised development programmes for them, she is also taking care of the Active Alumni Association of BIT, conduction of Guest Lectures and career counselling sessions. Her areas of interest are training, development, spiritual intelligence and delivering lectures on life coaching and emotional intelligence. She also owns the art of presentation skills. She is a person who believes in integrity and unity with cool and composed personality.

Nitish Verma

MBA ( Marketing), M Com. Manager CADC Corporate Affairs Development Centre Mr. Nitish Verma is palying a vital role in the CADC department. He is having more than 9 years of wide experience in placement industry, he has earlier worked with prestigious colleges and universities.In BIT his roles and responsibilities includes end to end conduction of campus placement drives, industrial visits and guest lectures. He firmly believes in understanding the requirements of the recruiters and maintaining noble relationships with them. He is highly proficient in handling IT and maintaining MIS of CADC. As a professional, he posses leadership, decision making skills.
