Training Process


We at BIT have a strong conviction that training is an ongoing process & never ends & so, Soft Skills Training & Aptitude Enhancement Trainings are embedded into the academic curriculum. First year of each stream is devoted to English basics, so as to build up a foundation for further growth in the process.
Outcomes of the Training process at various levels

Second Year
Public Speaking, Understanding of Interpersonal Skills/Behaviour, Identification of Skill set – Hard & Soft Skills, Awareness about Team Building, General Knowledge up gradation & Leadership development through Group Discussions, Knowledge about Career options, Know how about non verbal communication, Concept building in Aptitude/ Logic /Reasoning/Vedic Mathematics

Third Year
Goal setting, Self Analysis, Development of interview skills, CV formation, Handling HR questions, Proficiency in Group Discussions, Confident Individual, Better communication Skills, Preparedness in Aptitude/Logic/Reasoning as per company drives through ‘Online Tests’

Fourth Year
Knowledge about prevalent placement procedures, Competency in analyzing & Handling situations, Portfolio Management , Enhancement of Emotional Intelligence, Time & Anger Management, Professional Etiquettes & Business Ethics, Improved communication skills, Revision & Preparedness in Aptitude/Logic reasoning through ‘Online tests’

PG Courses
Like MBA, the thrust is on Negotiating skills & Presentation skills
